CA: Fresno gets the hard sell (Prop 57&58)

FRESNO -- Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger on Tuesday gave Fresno the hard sell on a $15 billion bond that is at the heart of his economic recovery plan for California, saying if voters fail to approve the ballot measure on March 2, it will mean "Armageddon cuts" to the state's budget.

It was a setup Norm. A closed meeting held at the offices of a well heeled, moderate, Republican supporter. The public was not welcome.

This is a coservative rural area and I'm sure Schwarzenegger didn't want to face an informed, angry mob.
