Kerry should consider getting Fred Gwynne (Herman Munster) for personal appearances instead. Only problems are:
1. Nobody could tell them apart.
2. Gwynne is dead.

At least Gwynne will likely vote Democrat.

Kennedy, the Red Sox, Kerry . . . here's to hoping the Pat's keep up the streak of losers that come from the state of Mass.

Well this should come as no surprise. After all, Tom Brady does play a conservative game on the field. And he's often misunderestimated, as his opponents have been discovering the hard way all year.

Could someone please tell me where is the "battle"? Laura Bush asked Brady to sit in her section, he did, he seems to like G.W. Now Kerry is trying to get him to do something for him. I don't see a "battle" with that. The title makes it sound like W. is pulling on one arm and Kerry is pulling the other. It might be more of a battle if Bush asked him not to do anything for Kerry, which I doubt will happen.

Being from New England doesn't change anything, he's an athlete.
A few years ago I read in Music Magazine that liberals are mostly fans of actors and musicians, and that those on the right are mostly fans of athletes.
Since that time, I've found this to be more and more true every day.

Those Pats. They have such an awful record the past 3 years.

I'd say you're right, but I guess it doesn't hurt. Plus, Brady has appeal beyond New England, especially in Michigan.
