That's what I heard him say too, not that he was inviting "a flood of illegals" to come here. If enough people are hired to seal the border, than actually it works out very well. You have to admit , he has cajones to even address the issue in the first place.
Overall a great speech. He covered alot of ground. He has accomplished so much in such a short time, it's almost too much to grasp., but a great speech.
