I always figured that we would eventually create a stronger version of marijuana that would be dangerous. We just can't leave stuff like that alone.

Of course we CAN---but the War On Marijuana provides strong incentive not to.

I believe it is the opposite. If marijuana gets legalized, it will triple in strength.

But as long as dope is smoked, it will not be legalized. Not while tobacco is being made illegal. My guess is that marijuana will be legalized when they can get into a different form like drinking it. Forget Red Bull; try Red Bud!
