LIMBACHER STORY. Carl claims she attended only a few funerals that were high profile media events.

It must be kept in mind that Giuliani was the mayor of New York City, therefore virtually all the policemen and firemen whose funerals he attended not only were his neighbors, in the sense of living in his city, but also his employees. And Giuliani's job and responsibilities remained in New York City and kept him in NYC, which is where nearly all those funerals took place.

Clinton, on the other hand, was US Senator from the State of New York, and her work took her mostly to Washington. NYC was just one part of the entire state that was her constituency and responsibility. Governor Pataki didn't attend many funerals, neither did other officials whose responsibilities included the whole state and whose jobs may have taken then outside NYC.

Waitress Hillary stiffed gets apology but no cash

In Hillary Rodham Clinton's Senate campaign, it takes a village to tip a waitress.
Mrs. Clinton called to apologize to the waitress she stiffed at a diner in Albion, N.Y., after she walked out on consuming two breakfasts on the house without leaving a tip.
But she didn't say anything about making it up to her.
Since then, hundreds of residents of the big village called America, on reading about the incident in their newspapers or hearing Jay Leno's jokes about it, have. Tricia "Trish" Trupo, 31, the single mom who waited on the first lady at the Village House Restaurant last week, has received hundreds of dollars in the mail.
Mrs. Trupo, an uninsured mother of an 11-year-old son who earns about $5,000 a year before tips, says Mrs. Clinton's "personal planner" called her Friday to apologize for the first lady after she read about it in The Washington Times. Shortly after that, Mrs. Clinton called herself.
"She apologized for not giving a tip," Mrs. Trupo says. "She said I was a sweetheart." But she didn't say anything about a forthcoming tip. "She didn't offer and I didn't ask."
"I work for the waitress wage —$2.90 an hour plus your tips.
"Basically, you live off your tips. Me and my son have no health insurance at the moment."
While neither Mrs. Clinton —who ate two orders of scrambled eggs, home fries and rye toast at the Village House Restaurant last Tuesday — nor any member of her entourage left a tip for the on-the-house meal, supporters have since sent in nearly $600.
Americans from as far away as California and Florida have sent cards and letters with money enclosed — mainly $1 bills. Some have enclosed $10 bills.
"A lot of them say, 'You go girl,' " says Mrs. Trupo, 31. "Some of them say, 'Good luck to you and your son. I hope this dollar adds up for you.' "
Meanwhile, visitors to a conservative Internet site — freerepublic.com — have sent her more than $500, says Peter W. Kessler of Jupiter, Fla., one of the first people to suggest sending her money.
"I am amazed at the amount, the number of people who have jumped on this," he says.
So far, the waitress, who earns $2.35 less per hour than the current minimum wage, hasn't tallied all the money pouring in, but she has already thought about how best to spend it.
"I'm going to use it for education for my son. Because I'm a single mom and I don't receive child support, this really helps."
The story, first reported in The Washington Times, created a worldwide buzz, appearing in foreign newspapers and becoming fodder for late-night comedians. The word also made it back to Mrs. Clinton's campaign staff.
Mrs. Clinton's "personal planner" called first. Later, the first lady called. "I did not complain. A tip would have been appreciated," Mrs. Trupo says. "If it was myself and someone picked up my check, I would leave a little bit extra."
The next day, when Mrs. Clinton was asked about the tipping incident by a reporter in New York, she said, "That's just another wild story."
Toni McLoom of Carmel, N.Y., who lives about 20 minutes from the Clintons' new $1.7 million home in Westchester County, says she and her husband sent Mrs. Trupo $10 after reading about the tip story on the Internet.
"My heart went out for her," Mrs. McLoom said. She said the other New York Senate candidate — New York City Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani — knows how to tip.
"Mayor Giuliani's father owned a restaurant. . . . He can relate."
In fact, Mr. Giuliani left a 70 percent tip at a Long Island diner on Monday after the story about Mrs. Clinton's non-tip spread.
Says Mr. Kessler: "I bartended part time for quite a while. I know what it was like to serve drinks all night to the same guy . . . and turn around and see that he is gone and there's not a nickel on the bar," he said.
"All Hillary had to do was say, 'Oh, gee, did somebody think to leave a tip?' That speaks volumes about Hillary Clinton."

Hillary Snubbed World Trade Center Victims

New York Senator Hillary Clinton has reportedly refused to attend a single funeral or memorial service for any of the victims of the World Trade Center disaster unless it was a major media event.

"We sent both Sen. Clinton and Sen. Chuck Schumer letters asking them which services they attended and which families they visited," Fox News Channel's Bill O'Reilly reported late Tuesday.

Sen. Clinton's office ignored FNC's letter and repeated phone calls, "Most likely," said O'Reilly, "because the only events we know she attended were three highly publicized memorial services."

In marked contrast to Clinton's stonewalling, Sen. Schumer's office said they had attended 10 services and promised to provide a list of each one. New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Gov. George Pataki have attended hundreds of funerals for WTC victims.

Anthony Gardener, who lost his brother Harvey in the World Trade Center and has become an advocate for the victims of the disaster, told FNC that he contacted Clinton's New York office twice but got no response.

"I invited her to come and be on our board of advisers to help us with the nonprofit support group that we created, WTC United Family Group," Gardener told O'Reilly. "I never had any feedback from her office, not even an assistant to an assistant or anyone."

Gardener said that he knew getting Mrs. Clinton to help would be "a far-fetched thing. [But] I just thought she might be eager to help."

Associated Press reporter Beth Harpaz, author of the Hillary 2000 campaign chronicle "The Girls on the Van," said that Mrs. Clinton snubbed WTC victims because they didn't vote for her.

"Her core supporters and the main victim groups of 9/11 are pretty much two distinct groups," Harpaz told O'Reilly. "You know, we have a lot of male-dominated professions here, firefighters, cops, Wall Street, a lot of suburbanites, a lot of political conservatives."

Harpaz also suggested that Mrs. Clinton couldn't attend many funerals because "she's been busy in Washington" and she also feared being booed again, as she was at an Oct. 20 concert for WTC victims.

Visibly angered, the Fox host shot back:

"If I were the senator of New York, I would have tried to attend as many of those funerals and memorial services as I could. And if they booed me, they booed me. I'd get down on my knees and say a prayer for that dead person and then I would go and leave."

Three high-profile events Mrs. Clinton attended were a memorial service at Yankee Stadium a week after the attacks, a similar event at Ground Zero in early October, and the funeral for New York City Fire Department Chaplain Father Michael Judge, where she delivered the eulogy. All three services were televised.

UNIVERSITY of BILL CLINTON, home of the AL QAEDA AIR FORCE

I began writing about CSU Monterey Bay (the University of Bill Clinton), some years ago, but while perusing my sources these facts jumped out at me. I believed the presence of the Middle Eastern flight students domiciled on Fort Ord between 1996 and 2001, to be public knowledge. However -- The Clinton Administration, has apparently obfuscated this information. The following explains how these students came to be on the former fort, and includes an excerpt from an internal document, in which the school’s politically appointed president corroborates their stay, and why this never left the 17th District. I moved to Fort Ord to attend the “model base closure,” and resided on campus from August 1995 to July 1999. I knew that Middle Eastern flight students also resided on the fort during the summer months because I saw them, and CSUMB students were recruited, via an electronic open forum, to accommodate their visits.

Although Bill Clinton dedicated CSUMB August 1995, it occurred to me only recently, that the would-be pilots came to Fort Ord, at the behest of the Clintons. Those otherwise unaffiliated with CSUMB would be ineligible for university housing. In other words, teenage, Arab flight students, couldn’t just rent anything on Fort Ord. Without knowing CSUMB’s “skunk works” agenda to “reform higher education in America,” conceived at George Washington University -- and the affiliation between The Clinton Administration, education, and Arab causes -- it didn’t make sense. Yet, Hillary Clinton openly held up a sign proclaiming “He [George Bush] Knew.”

Before the 9-11 investigation closes, it appears that few, besides the Clintons, know that sixty plus pilots of Middle Eastern origin may be wholly unaccounted for -- or that The Clinton Administration has any connection to the flight students trained between 1996 and 2001, at the Monterey International Airport, while wards of CSUMB (please see Peter P. Smith’s early document). The underlined passage refers to the Middle Eastern flight students, the length of their training course -- time enough to familiarize themselves with US airport protocols, etc. -- while the remainder of the report goes on to record other aspects of the West Coast “experiment.” According to Peter P. Smith, “The snapshot becomes informed by the historical underpinnings and legacies of the awakenings and beginnings of this endeavor.”

Excerpt: 25 page, CSU Monterey Bay report. Author: former congressman (R.Vt.), Lt. Governor (Vt.), Clinton selectee and founding President Smith (Att. 5th paragraph, lines 3 to 9):

... In between course scheduling for the upcoming Fall semester, curriculum development, CPEC [California Postsecondary Education Commission] approval for majors and an ongoing series of workshops on outcome-based education and assessment, faculty and staff prepared for a modest ceremony to mark the end of CSUMB’s first academic year. Twenty-four teacher credentials were to be issued in the presence of members of the campus community and over 250 family members and friends of the recipients.

Despite a commitment to year-round education, the administration and the faculty decided not to offer summer classes this first year to allow for renewal and ongoing university-wide planning, recruitment and the development of a formal governance structure. The Academic Senate Organizing Committee, formed earlier in the year, set about the work of drafting a constitution and creating a ratification process. Meetings among ASOC and the President and the Interim Vice President for Academic Affairs occurred throughout the summer.

The rush to renovate two new residence halls and additional office and classroom space continued. Another round of federally allocated EDA funds for the renovation and build-out of campus facilities was anticipated. Before it was in hand, the $14 million would be held hostage to the discrimination complaints of local minority contractors. By Fall 1996, the issues would be mediated and the funds would be released.

During the early summer there was a reorganization of Residential and Dining Services that afforded the Director of Housing the opportunity to take a one-year staff development leave. Housing facilities and operations became a separate unit as did residential learning. Preparations and planning for year two were well under way as the summer unfolded.

The Fort Ord Alumni Association, a group of former Fort Ord military personnel, is established by the Office for Institutional Advancement and becomes the largest alumni association in the world [Fort Ord’s former servicemen now serve as alumni.] The University provided housing and dining services for its first group of foreign students from the United Arab Emirates. They paid for the rehabilitation of the housing facilities they inhabited and used a nearby airport during a six-week flight training course. Members of the campus community questioned their presence as a viable, educational endeavor (emphasis mine). Cultures clashed when the group of 15-19 year old males encountered the female students employed at the dining commons. The venture will eventually succeed and a new group of students will return during the summer of 1997.

Fast Forward >> A vivid reminder of the work still to be done washed over the campus when a team of accreditation evaluators visited at the end of May 1996, to plan and direct some 35 faculty and staff in preparation for a November 1997 accreditation visit. A non-traditional thematic model for self-study was formally launched and would be approved by WASC [Western Association of Schools and Colleges -- a “same sex” accrediting agency, with both an overt and covert homosexual agenda] in December 1996. An Interim Director for Institutional Research was hired to initiate baseline data collection on students and propose a planning orientation in tandem with the self-study work. A full-time Director for the Accreditation Self-Study was also hired [Simply put, self-study means self-accredited].

The President directed the Interim Vice President for Academic Affairs to convene a Student Services Task Force to address the recurring issues of housing, advising, child-care, and declining student morale. A cross-functional team of faculty, staff and students digs into what proved to be a difficult and change-laden process. The final report with recommendations would be issued in October 1996. Budget deliberations continued throughout the summer. The search for the Vice President for Academic Affairs was well under way and over the summer four candidates would emerge and meet the campus community. The frontrunner [sic] would accept the offer and join the CSUMB community in October 1996. [Dr. B. Dell Felder came from the University of Texas -- as it turned out, she was an FOB, “friend of Bill’s.”] At the same time Student Services would be reorganized from a Center to a ‘division’ and the Interim Vice President for Academic Affairs would be appointed Vice President for Student Affairs.

With this reorganization, the Dean of the Center for Residential Learning, Wellness and Student Services resigned. [Dean Mary Ellen Ashley had caused upward of $73.000 to disappear, and took one year off with pay to explore career options. Ms. Ashley’s romantic interest and personal assistant, Ms. Jenais Brodie, had falsified her resume. Like so many of Smith’s “culturally diverse, highly-respected faculty and staff,” Ms. Brodie had lied about her credentials. Ms. Ashley and Ms. Brodie, both decided to take an “administrative position out of state,” but not before Ms. Brodie was also provided housing and paid leave for one full year -- while she tried unsuccessfully to complete her Master’s Degree off-campus.] The change brought a need to clarify and reassess the focus and direction of the unit. The new Vice President directed his efforts to residential learning, team-building and the ongoing development of a formal set of priorities at the Cabinet level. ‘Students First’ continued to be the institutional mantra.

‘Transformation,’ the theme for the second year of operation, revealed what had occurred and what remains for the successful future of CSUMB. It suggests a process and an end product. It suggests simultaneous realities, stability and change, innovation and renewal and above all, it suggests learning. By the end of its first year of operation, CSUMB had been converted from the largest military base in the nation to the 21st campus in the CSU. Its planning and infrastructure began to emerge [Fort Ord’s vast acreage had been used by both the Army and the Navy during the 20th Century for target practice. Unbeknownst to students, they would live on the nation’s third largest Super Find site], along with its accomplishments and growth ... << end excerpt.

the SAINT and the “SKUNK WORKS”

Now, I had been writing about the decline of higher education, and CSU Monterey Bay in particular, as the crown jewel in a tiara of corruption. Perhaps I refused to believe that those young men had had no legitimate reason to be at the college, or that it had a hand in 9-11. But there they were, Middle Eastern males using the Monterey International Airport to learn to fly.
Their presence had indeed been questionable, but people didn’t ask too many questions at CSUMB. The problem with deciphering the Clintons, is that one only knows what went on, after the fact. So, when Los Angeles Calif., Superior Court Judge Audrey Collins, ruled that it is not illegal to aid or abet terrorists, 02 February 2004 -- few noticed. When Judge Collins issued the blanket invalidation of existing law, and, in effect, legislated that one may legally help train Al Qaeda members -- fewer noted that Collins is a Clinton appointee, and that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling would exonerate those who helped train the Al Qaeda air force at Fort Ord.

Clinton Defense Secretary Les Aspen, slated Fort Ord for base closure and handed it off to the US Department of Education, who in turn handed off to CPEC, The CSU, and Leon Panetta. The model base conversion, became the University of Bill Clinton. And Leon Panetta, then White House chief of staff, former (D.Cal.) 17h District congressman (Santa Cruz, Monterey, and San Benito Counties), paid educational adviser, CSUMB “patron saint,” and director of the Panetta Institute for Public Policy would build his (publicly funded) political institute on Fort Ord.

Leon Panetta advocated the rights of the Al Qaeda members held at Guantanimo Bay, Cuba, on both Fox and CNN -- for whom the 9th Circuit ruled favorably as well. Unlike other Middle Eastern students, Fort Ord’s would-be pilots were domiciled through the auspices of Hillary Clinton. Fort Ord would be the Clintons bold venue to “reform higher education in America,” by means of a prototypical “skunk works.” In this case, a place of adolescent assumption that the past does not exist, and the present needs only your guiding hand to create a glorious future. Conceived by Peter P. Smith, then Dean of the School of Human Development and Education, George Washington University -- the Clintons tapped Smith to head the project -- and he acted on all the vaulting ambition, didactic moralizing, and intellectual incoherence of Hillary Clinton’s vision for “remodeling” the West. And Bill O’Reilly wondered aloud on The O’Reilly Factor, why the junior senator from New York, attended none of the funerals for the victims of 9-11.

The Clinton Administration was committed to the idea, that most terrorists were misunderstood, had legitimate grievances, and could be appeased. Fort Ord had become a haven for enemies both foreign and domestic -- the very threats Bill Clinton, Leon Panetta, and Peter P. Smith had sworn to uphold the Constitution and protect against. From 1996 to 2001, The Clinton Administration, in their vision to remake society, may have helped train upward of seventy Al Qaeda members. I observed a group of ten to twelve of the Middle Eastern males, as they walked across the library parking lot -- and given the ages of the 9-11 hijackers -- no real Al Qaeda air wing could have existed before 1996. Peter P. Smith says he graduated 399 students from 1997 to 2003. All things being equal, that’s 57 graduates per year for seven years (28.5 students at its secular ceremony, and 28.5 students at its separate La Raza ceremony), or 285 graduates by 2001. If Peter P. Smith helped train only sixty Al Qaeda members by 9-11 -- Smith, would for each ten college students, also graduate an additional 2.10 Middle Eastern pilots. All total, that’s 202 conduits to terror (the 142 odd Mechistas vociferously portend their wont to overthrow the government, by any means necessary), vs. 142 others. California spends half its budget or $50 billion-dollars per year on education ($1 trillion-dollars nationally), $450 billion since Bill Clinton dedicated CSUMB.

from MONTEREY to ABU DHABI

After the 1999 M.E.Ch.A. uprising, a full-blown race war, during which the highly respected faculty and staff outed each others thesis and hurled invective at one another through cyber-space, Provost Dell Felder was: “invited to provide academic leadership, for the development of a new university in the United Arab Emirates.” Students would connect-the-dots between the UAE flight students, Dell Felder’s exodus to the UAE, and Bill Clinton’s 2003 appearance on The Late Show. Bill Clinton told David Letterman that he had just returned from visiting a friend in the Middle East, who had presided over a graduation ceremony at a new university -- four years to the day -- from Dell Felder’s extended hiatus. Bill Clinton also expressed admiration over multiculturalism, but estimated that an integrated global economy -- and diversity and multiculturalism, might take a couple more years. But when David Letterman brought up the 1998 bombing of the US embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, killing 224, including 12 Americans and injuring more than 5,000 -- although Osama bin Laden was believed responsible -- “a meaningless facial tic” flashed across Bill Clinton’s face so fast, it was almost imperceptible.

From the Central Coast to the Gold Coast -- from Monterey to Abu Dhabi, no matter how shocking, appalling or abysmal their performance, CSUMB’s pedagogues were invariably promoted to positions of greater trust -- and awarded fatter pay envelopes. For hers, at any rate, Dr. B. Dell would never again have to do the Macarena, six and seven times a day.

Dr. Judith Ramaley, the 21st president of the University of Vermont, authored CSUMB’s final accreditation report. Of course, there’s no connection between former (Vt.) Lt. Governor Peter P. Smith and his brother Charles Smith, who heads Vermont’s Department of Human Services with the largest budget of Vermont’s five state agencies, and Dr. Ramaley. So patently bogus is Judith Ramaley’s 2003 report, that it defied even her articulation -- and shocked WASC. Currently, Dr. Ramaley is Assistant Director of Education and Human Resources, National Science Foundation. The NSF issues grants. NSF agenda: “boundary crossing strategies, embracing the habits of engagement, and infusing education with the excitement of discovery.” Again, one need only discover the nexus between Hillary Clinton, Peter P. Smith, and Judith Ramaley to understand CSUMB’s miraculous ability to excite, and infuse itself with whopping amounts of grant money.

To further imbue the “skunk works” with great wealth, before leaving office, Bill Clinton raised the ceiling on student loans, and effected monumental increases in Federal-funding for schools with a 28 percent Hispanic enrollment. Peter P. Smith enrolls 28 percent Hispanic. According to The Monterey Herald, 2003 -- Stumping for Gray Davis, speaking in the Leon Panetta Lecture Series and swinging a few clubs, Bill Clinton’s finally breezing into town next week. As part of a three-day trip to the West Coast, the former president will appear at a special sold-out Panetta Institute forum. Together with institute founder Leon Panetta, his former chief of staff, Clinton will discuss ‘The Challenges of Presidential Leadership in the 21st Century.’ The former colleagues will also challenge local chefs and tackle a formidable seafood dinner.

The Clintons also knew the proximity to Super Fund site would expose students to hazardous substances. And Peter P. Smith called enrolling students: “our single worst decision.” But Leon Panetta scratches his head when it comes to CSUMB. The Panetta Institute is only located on Fort Ord, writes Panetta. Good luck with your educational endeavors. Leon Panetta and Peter P. Smith had inherited two large tracts of Army housing -- for which they had become the landlords -- guaranteeing both men a handsome income in perpetuity. During his talk, the 42nd President of the United States mentions neither education, nor his role in bringing CSUMB to fruition. Fort Ord had become yet another Clinton venue for personal prerequisite, social engineering -- and a black hole for hundreds-of-millions of taxpayer dollars. CSUMB has no product, academic plan, assessment method, or grade complaint policy -- and no reason for being -- except to collect the money and function as a giant slush fund, and occasional golf outing. Accreditation also means Peter P. Smith takes direct control of CSUMB’s carefully crafted Federal financial-aid funds.

Before his recall, Governor Gray Davis announced the appointment of Margaret J. “Dee Dee” Myers, as The CSU’s 23rd Trustee. Ms. Myers served as White House press secretary under Bill Clinton from ‘93 to ‘94. Dee Dee also resided in Leon Panetta’s 17th Congressional District, and despite the obvious discrepancies in their ages -- Dee Dee was billed as an old school chum of Hillary’s. It was Dee Dee, however, who cut her tenure short, by revealing that the White House -- instead of a disinterested FBI investigation had initiated the Travel Office firings. Dee Dee had only sought to show how the Clintons’ were ferreting out corruption, but instead revealed the targets of an investigation. Subsequent investigations would also prove Hillary’s denial of having any knowledge of the Travel Office fiasco, categorically false. The CSU’s 23 Trustees approve the three annual raises for the CSU faculty, and the 23 presidents. The 17th District, is as notorious for its (some say bought) presidential drug pardons, as is Dee Dee for her DUIs.

RETURN to GEORGE WASHINGTON (UNIVERSITY)

News Item: 23 February 2004 -- One year from the inception of the Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge, speaking at George Washington University, talked about that crisp September morning -- and told listeners that we are all responsible for protecting freedom. News Item: 24 Feb. -- The New York Times reported the German intelligence tip about one UAE flyer, two and one-half years before 9-11. But, as early as 1996, President Bill Clinton knew about “Operation Bojinka” (loud bang), a plot to use commercial airliners as weapons. Bill Clinton had appointed then Vice President Al Gore to chair the White House Commission on Aviation Safety and Security. Al Gore’s report, released Spring 1998, for improving airport security included a system for profiling passengers. Al Gore’s plan was ostensibly scrapped, due to legal problems inherent in profiling based on ethnicity and national origin. Gore’s findings also emphasized the need for the sharing of information among the CIA, FBI, the INS, and FAA on suspected terrorists -- while Smith and Panetta collected their rents.

On 06 August ‘98, Monica Lewinsky testified under immunity to the Grand Jury (Monica had been subpoenaed to appear at a ‘97 deposition in the Paula Jones suit, and her testimony about having had sex at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue would sink Bill Clinton). But less than twenty-four hours later on 07 August, bombs exploded in Nairobi and Dar-es-Salaam. Bill Clinton’s blasé response to the simultaneous bombings, included blowing-up an aspirin factory and authorizing the CIA to kill bin Laden (bin Laden could be killed by accident, but not on purpose). Clinton had already passed-up a chance to take bin Laden into custody -- but pushed regime change through Congress as a pillar of American foreign policy. Ten days after the embassy bombings, Clinton offered the nation an angry backhanded apology for an “inappropriate relationship.”

Noted facial recognition expert, UC San Francisco Psychologist Paul Ekman, appearing in The New Yorker, says: I was watching [Bill Clinton’s] facial expressions, and I said to my wife, This is [Dr. M. Scott] Peck’s Bad Boy ... This is a guy who wants to be caught with his hand in the cookie jar, and have us love him for it anyway. Dr. Ekman paused, then reconstructed that particular sequence of expressions on his face ... rolled his eyes-and it was as if Slick Willie himself were suddenly in the room. Dr. Ekman felt that Clinton’s expression conveyed, I’m a bad boy. Says Ekman, I don’t think it’s a good thing. Dr. Ekman told a member of Clinton’s communication staff he could teach him how not to do that. The staffer said, Well, we can’t take the risk that he’s known to be seeing an expert on lying. Ekman rather liked Clinton, and wanted Clinton’s ‘trademark expression,’ to have been no more than a meaningless facial tic. Ekman shrugged, Unfortunately, I guess, he needed to get caught-and he got caught.

When he served in the White House Leon Panetta says, The administration feared terrorist attacks from unconventional means such as nerve gas or small-scale nuclear weapons. When a ‘demented’ man flying a small plane crashed on the White House south lawn ... the ‘specter’ of an airborne attack became real. But Leon Panetta says, [he] Never foresaw the kind of devastation that hit New York and Washington [the Pentagon, Arlington Virginia]. Leon Panetta was in Washington [9-12] and had planned to fly back to Monterey that evening. But with the nation’s airports shut down, he was stuck. I’m seriously considering a rental car, said Panetta.

At CSUMB’s first commencement, amid the festive atmosphere of a hastily erected carnival tent in the parking lot of the freshly stocked oppression studies library, Leon Panetta would recall the White House incident, in which a small plane had crash landed during the pre-dawn hours. Panetta had phoned his startled staff, Has anybody done anything yet? Panetta pounded the podium. His message to students: “Get it done.” Although CSUMB lacks a Master’s or Doctor’s program, Panetta conferred upon himself an honorary Doctoral Degree at the media-staged event. Only Smith’s pre-picked seven would receive BA Degrees, but Smith would “pulverize the status quo,” by persuading the Seniors to walk-through, receive a fleshy handshake from Leon Panetta, and an empty diploma folder from Dell Felder. The eloquent Panetta shouted to the crowd, Bill Clinton has so few problems as president, because his chief of staff is Sicilian!

Post 9-11, Leon Panetta forgot about Middle Eastern flight students and pulverizing the status quo, and retired to his enigmatic Panetta Institute for Public Policy to host Forums on Terrorism and National Security. The Panetta Institute is located squarely on Fort Ord, a stones throw from the Silas B. Hays Government Center (Fort Ord’s old hospital building). The nearby Monterey International Airport, with its miniaturized concourse, is also visible from the Hays building. It would have been impossible for the super secret governmental agencies stationed at the complex (off-limits to the public), to have used the airport between 1996 and 2001, and not spotted the Middle Eastern males, all clad in flowing white linen robes -- complete with head gear.

There is something in the Constitution about freedom of the press; but nothing about the partiality of the “watchdog.” The Clintons launched their radical agenda from the “skunk works” on the former Fort Ord -- and not since Joseph Stalin have such blatant fraud and consolidated attacks, been perpetrated on students. Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton failed to attend any of the funerals for the 9-11 victims. The junior senator from New York, chalks it off to scheduling conflicts. Her liability for three-thousand plus no-shows, would certainly be less than for attending and being tied to the World Trade Center attacks, but that didn’t keep gubernatorial hopeful, Leon Panetta’s name off the list during the California recall. Bill Clinton’s credit card expires and makes the news, but clear and convincing evidence that political opportunists, drunken schemers, and the Clintons themselves were the genesis of 9-11 -- by “legally” enabling the Middle Eastern alumni of their “skunk works,” to perform past and future catastrophes goes unreported -- and the out-and-out criminality of the Clinton college goes unchecked.

I only recently read your post to ‘doug from upland’ dated Mar. 2004 re Hillary and Bill Clinton and Al Qaeda and the student terrorists, plus your synopsis about the staged events at CSUMB. I have done some research on this and find that I can verify most of the claims you made. Peter P. Smith, after his disgraceful fall from CSUMB and UNESCO, has turned up at Kaplan University. He is like a cat who has nine lives, plus some very influential friends in high places still. Kaplan University is owned by the Washington Post... if that doesn’t give you the shivers. Would love to see if you have followed up on this anymore as I am very interested in learning more. Peter P. Smith was one of the most high ranking at UNESCO after he left CSUMB, but was also forced to resign after 21 months days before an audit was about to come out. Seems like he had offered Navigant Consulting of Chicago a lucrative contract without going through the required open bidding procedures. his contract did not end until June 17, 2007, but his resignation was accepted immediately.
