Can any registered voter participate?

If so, how do they assign you to a particular caucus, is it a geographical division?

And how do they report back their decisions? By telephone call, computer, fax?

No. You must prove that you hate Bush. Acceptable idenditifcation includes...Photo's of a backyard burning of Bush in effigy,....voodooo doll with a lock of Bush hair and lots of pins in it,....notarized campaign contribution to Saddam's last election.... letter of reference from Barbra Striesand.

I have read but cannot confirm that you don't even have to show identification when you attend a caucus.

This is ripe for mischief.......an understatement!
