Well, to be literally fair, the People interview did NOT use the term "panic attack," it spoke of "anxiety attacks." I think as a medical matter there's no real difference, but Doocy would have been better off speaking of anxiety attacks.

techinically, i'm pretty sure there is a difference between anxiety attacks and panic attacks. I've looked it up before but I can't recall the details. you can probably google the answer though.
