Word on the left is that they are going to try and pack the auditorium and disrupt Mr. Pipes' address. (Civil rights only apply to the left, I guess.)

If you're going to be in the area, please try to attend this event, and show your support for Mr. Pipes.

Early arrival is probably a very good idea.

Note: The lecture is scheduled to last one hour, from 8:15pm - 9:15pm.

This is going to overlap the State of the Union Address at 9pm. I wonder if C-SPAN cameras will be at AU to tape this for showing at a later date?

Every time I see Pipes he's under armed escort before, during, and after. Audience members can't bring in bags and are patted down depending on the venue.

Even though Pipes is the primary proponent of 'militant islam vs 'moderate' islam and says only islam can rescue itself, he's under constant threat from all of islam.

No muslims, no terror.

I don't know if CSPAN will be there. I know I can watch the SOTU speech later, and I want to be sure that the lefties aren't unopposed if they do try to disrupt the lecture, so I'll run home, fix supper and run back out to AU.

So I shouldn't bring a purse or my camera??

I wouldn't bring anything except the camera. A few weeks ago at UBC in Vancouver, B.C., they made everyone check their bags, purses, and coats in a seperate room before you could enter the auditorium.

Each time I've seen him there was a tremendous audience and protestor turnout. The protestors are well organized and well funded terrorists from terror groups like MSA, CAIR, Al-Awda, and Palestine Solidarity Group. There are also the commie, socialist, marxist, and 'jews against the occupation' types there too.

I suggest arriving early.

If we can get in, I will do my best to report. I will have two others with me, so hopefully we can get a report together from our combined notes.

We went. It was very good. Will post report this evening, I hope. Gotta get to work.

Kristinn, me, daughteroftgsl and Sauropod were in attendance, with many other supporters and folks interested in what Mr. Pipes had to say. About a dozen protesters staged a protest, of sorts. Will report fully later.
