Mcnabb is perhaps the second best {Vick} running/scrambling QB in the NFL, so he'd be the next to last guy I'd assume was down and gonna stay there! In that, the whistle had not blown what if the defensive player pulls-up, McNabb gets to his feet and runs for 35 yards? Hmm? What then?
