Jim, when did you last give in to the highest bidder?
There is America, there is the Constitution, and there are those who gave their lives, fortune and all for the Republic, not the democracy.
Least you feel I haven't given my all, I carry scars from a gunshot wound while piloting a U.S. Army helicopter in Laos.
I do not wear my patiotism on my sleeve, but Hoverbug is the designation given to those who solo in a U.S. Army helicopter before becoming a pilot.
Two days before being shot, I was shot down. Two days before that I did things that awarded me a Silver Star. And yet I climbed back into a helicopter to futher my country's objectives for which I was shot.
You want someone who has paid the price. Here I am.
You go ahead and take the easy way out. If I'd taken the easy way, I'd have been in Canada drinking beer instead of getting my ass shot off in Laos.
Enjoy the easy way out Jim.

Hey, it's a long row to hoe. There ain't no easy way. No magic either. And you can't wish this stuff away with Libertarian type pipe dreams. It's going to take brute force and numbers and there's only one politcal party on the face of the earth with the power of numbers to get it done.

(I don't belong to no organized political party. I'm a Republycan.)

I guess it wouldn't bother you one bit having Kerry, Clark, or Edwards as Commander in Chief. Actually Kofi Annan would be Commander in Chief if a demo is elected.
