NEW YORK, Jan. 17 (UPI) -- Democratic voters held a 2 point edge over those who would vote for President Bush if the U.S. election were held now, a CBS/New York Times poll said.
The poll published Saturday found that 45 percent of voters said they would vote for a still unspecified Democratic candidate and 43 percent would vote for President Bush.

A CBS/New York Times poll also shows the president's approval rating is down to 50 percent, matching his lowest level ever, along with the largest percentage ever, 45 percent, disapproving his performance. It just amazes me how many misguided people there are out there... do they read the news and watch TV? Sometimes I even wonder if they live in the same dimension I do...

Aside from the poll's technical problems, it's entirely to be expected that Bush's rating would dip during the "all Dems, all the time" news coverage of the primaries. Rove's people have been saying this for over a year.
Not to worry.

Unfortunately, they are a large part of the democrat electorate.

Sometimes I even wonder if they live in the same dimension I doMainstream media is pretty useless as an information source, they just spin the two sides of global socialism. The net is growing, but it takes some skills to sort out the facts from the propaganda there as well.
Most of us tune it into Fox or CNN and read a few papers that are usually owned by the same "news corporation" and consider ourselves "informed". In reality, all we got was an infomercial.

How convenient. Right before the Iowa caucus a poll that shows Bush is vulnerable. Color me dubious.

1. Took over majorities in both houses in 2002
2. Run a Dem Gov out of CA, to replace him with a Pubbie
3. Shown in all sectors of this country that there is a definite right wing shift
Yeah, I really put a lot of credence into THIS poll...please. Like the old adage says...
Actions speak louder than words....
