Yes it is and a good debate should be encouraged. Now I see you would like to see your vote diluted and a Democrat elected by 40% of the vote frome here on out so we could all really bitch. Then we could do away with the 2nd amendment, have abortion on demand without a fight, pay 70% of our earnings in taxes, get rid of the pledge, have homosexual marriage legalized by the Supreme Court, let the U.N. run our foreign policy and use the world court and its laws as a basis for our laws not the Constitution.

OK Normy, where was the bill of impeachment when Sandra Day O'Connor appealed to international law in the majority opinion that overturned Texas' sodomy law last summer? If the GOP was silent on this one, you can be sure they'll be OK with a ruling in favor of homosexual marriage. (By the way, there was only one national political party that addressed this outrage:
