When, pray tell, did the Constitution Party ever support the Republican Party???

The Constitution Party isn't so virtuous. I remember Howard Philips ads before the 2000 election. He was running against Bush, not Gore. I realized then Philips was no different than any other candidate. He was doing it for his own ego.
