Would you talk about what teas and remedies you did use? Thanks.

Hi, I took Echinacea (sp?) in pill for and herbal tea, then some 500-2000mg of vitamin C each day, Mint teas, Chamomille and others. I think the significant thing was working out on the stairmaster heavily (45 mins +) for 3 or four months prior to flu season as well. I have one in my house. I like to watch DVDs via my Netflix subscription while I work out. Makes it fun and convenient.

Really, I used to get sick if the wind blows the wrong way so this was a big achievment for me.</P.

Olive Leaf is good to take when you're feeling sick. Works great! Health food stores have the better products. Vitamins and herbal remedies from places like WalMart or drug stores are not as good-more fillers than herbs.
