One final note: the sentence below is a real power to continue the downward spiral of failing society, but it can be overcome. ... All of this occurs below the level of consciousness. The author is correct, the forces are below consciousness, but as Jung explained, that which is at the unconscious level, when brought to consciousness in the proper way, loses its force, its power over the individual soul! THAT is the reason for speaking out, identifying that which inveigles, and offering alternatives that are healthful, and living uprightly before our children. [It is a proven fact that children acting (inappropriately) sexually are acting out that which they have been exposed to too early in their development of Self and self-consciousness.]

Pornography is a powerful degenerating force of/for evil in America, but it makes 'sexual weeds' out of the people drawn into its degeneracy. The mundane presence of degeneracy in our society is why so many cannot 'see' the perversion of a Michael Jackson for what it truly is, as they are 'washed away' in the current of his artificial persona.]

"For those who worked for integration, that is what you integrated with."

Indeed. The most powerful military in the history of this planet, bar none.

You had heard that we integrated it some half century or so ago, I presume?!

Integration and Segregation have had their day. Those fights are over. The culture wars today are about far more fundamental things than mere social mixing.

As this article points out, there is a marketing of evil. Oh, the people doing the marketing don't really think that it is evil. In fact, they think that it is moral, based upon relative situations. But moral relativism *is* evil.

There is also another battle, another culture war. That culture war is being instigated by a dying Middle-Eastern culture that has been preaching against letting science learn the truth or question certain ancient beliefs.

The moral relativists on one side and the dying wahabists on the other both see their end if the current round of successful Conservatism continues to prevail.

The moral relativists want to justify all pleasure. They don't want to be held accountable for their lies in business and politics, either. And to weaken us, they want to see an end to the very structures that buttress our Conservative society (e.g. the nuclear family, the local church, public religious displays, prayer in school, marriage itself, rational public debate, free flowing raw news information, etc.).

The radical wahhabists want to weaken us by attacking our economy, our military, our civilians, and our public opinion. They want to turn our allies against us and they want to kill us whenever they can, however they can.

But neither of these foes has the structure to win the long fight. Moral Relativists invariably disdain the nuclear family, preferring short-lived relationships centered around temporary pleasure...hardly the stuff of a strong society. Likewise, the lies and carnal pursuits of the moral relativists distract and detract from any progress that moral relativists may make against us.

For radical wahhabists, their core structure is centered around an unquestioning obedience to the past. Science that dares question Allah is forbidden. Death edicts are written for the slightest of questions (e.g. against Salman Rushdie). Entire nations under such rule go centuries without a single new patent or medical discovery. Again, that's hardly the underpinnings required to take us on.

But both of the above cultures do feel threatened. They are lashing out right now, big time, because they can sense their own end. They know that we are winning, and they can't stand it.

And those are the battles of today and for the near future. Segregation and Integration were the last war. Lets not re-fight it.

They're raising little monsters - just like themselves - valueless, godless, cold and self absorbed.

So true. When evil is good and good is evil (paraphrasing Isaiah), and "anything goes" as it does in today's society, there is no such thing as SHAME. The author of these articles is correct about Bill Clinton. He opened a door to a dark downslide the moment he allowed the question about which style of underwear he chooses to be asked in front of an audience comprised mostly of young teens.

MTV is Viacom's biggest money maker, it's also one of the more evil stations on television. What get's me is that many Freepers allow thier children to watch it.

Ha! Some things just need to be said, and any excuse will do to say them.

That someone is fighting the last culture war rather than the current one shouldn't surprise many here. It's a common flaw in Man. Shoot, whole armies have been known to do it at various times in the past.

I don't know, maybe it's just easier for some people to live in the past rather than deal with the dynamics of the present and future.

Really good article. Society has always had its rebels, but now we have movies, tv, radio, etc. They're all after what's in people's wallets, and of course to influence how we think.

My personal approach is that holes close and hair grows out. Did you know that kids with light hair can make hair dye out of plain Koolaid mix? Tattoes are forever, and not advised, especially for ladies. Okay, I really wanted to get a flower bracelet tat on my ankle, but I hate pain.

Going back to all the influences on today's teens, I think they're (and us grownups too)experiencing sensory overload. Life is going too fast. It's over regulated, and offers too many choices. My kids school district is nuts. They apparently are determined to be number one, and the result is that my youngest doesn't want to go to school half the time. We're moving sometime this year, and she can't wait to get out of here. How is a child supposed to learn when the teachers are pushing them to perform like trained monkeys? /rant

I'm going to print these out and show them to my daughter who thinks midriffs are STOOPID! I'd like for her to use this info somehow as part of one of her Girl Scout Interest Project Patch requirements, and share it with the girls in her troop. It may not change any minds, but it might just plant an idea which may get them thinking more critically each time they see something on MTV.

"XM Radio lets you listen to Fox News & CNBC without supporting the filth on cable tv, or seeing the nasty commercials."

Do you have a link? I can't get Fox news up here and I'd love to. :)

There is alot hypocrisy demonstrated by freepers. Many are not conservative or God fearing for that matter. Money is their god or possibly they are of the entitlement mentality - unions. It varies but one thing you can count on, you will be disappointed by quite a few of these self absorbed "conservatives".

Having been sexually abused by a relative ... when small ... I can attest to the RAGE that pops up. I didn't know why at the time it happened.

My rage was directed to males and especially if they claimed they to "love me". TWO abortions later, I was convinced that he did and we married. I can't imagine how he forgave me for that and still wanted me for the rest of his life.

The rage has dissipated but I can guarantee you this, I'm NOT the cheating kind. There are still scars from that first encounter with a male.

Michael Jackson is sooo transparanet. The little pervert that refuses to grow up. Uses his money and fame as a cloak along with his "childish" mockery of innocence. Of course he is a child molester! He picks his victims well - atleast until he met the two that dragged him to court. He's choosy but he's getting sloppy. Short of wearing a sign on his chest I don't know how much more obvious it is.

Throw him in prison with some male adults and see how long he lasts. Child molesters are despised.

XM Radio is satellite radio service that provides 100 channels of music, news & chat, for $10 a month. If the service is avaiable in Canada, you can buy the radios at places like Circuit City.

Yea, I see that on the posts, I one posted that rapper Eminem is bad and some freepers actually stated that he was CONSERVATIVE!! and that I shouldn't tell them how to raise their children!! Which I did not do, I posted a rhetorical statement to a post and some were "offended", sounds just like a liberal. Hey, I guess some freepers thing it's ok for a man to make a CD and call his mother a bitch as part of the lyrics, remember the 10 commandments no longer exist.

It's not so hard to NOT be addicted to this forum. I want NO parts of liberalism. I see liberalism as synonymous with evil. I've learned my lesson with liberalism. Of course you have idiots who really believe that the 1st Amendment legalizes speech promoting it. They've distorted the intent of it.

There is no way that the 1st Amendment was ever intended to promote evil. It was assumed there were boundaries for what is acceptable and what is not. To suggest this makes you a "nazi" or someone to be ridiculed. It's crazy.
