From Limbaugh to Blitzers, Eagles' Quarterback, Donovan Mc Nabb, Has Persevered. Donovan McNabb and his Philadelphia Eagles teammates would prefer not to be remembered as a team that played in three straight NFC championship games and lost every one of them, including two at home.
"Really, it doesn't motivate me," McNabb said Wednesday as the Eagles prepared to play the Carolina Panthers on Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field, with a trip to the Super Bowl in the balance. "At times, it ticked me off. I'm just being a man about it. You go on and prepare and you can't get it done. Well, you use that as a little fuel to the fire. . . .

Woops, should have been the Eagles over NC, Patriots over Colts.

Then he's got one game called correctly.

He didn't seem too confident on either one. Said he was worried that being on the cover of SI could jinz McNabb. Was sticking with the Patriot's because he has all year.

It will be hard to top last weekend's games for excitement. My guess is that it will take at least 30 points to win the Colts-Pats game while as few as 17 points could take the Eagles-Panthers game.

A.J. Feely was 5-1 last year in McNabb's absence. And don't forget in Koy Detmer's one game in SF before he
got injured, he threw three TD passes in helping Philly
blow out SF on MNF.

A better reason NEVER to watch NFL football anymore. I plan on skipping both the championship games and possibly
the Super Bowl. Rush Limbaugh does, and will ALWAYS stand
head and toe above anything the idiots on TV can dish out
to him.

People like Cris Collinsworth are STILL babbling on about
Limbaugh, like he did last Sunday. Someone in that booth
should take him off to the side and tell him to shut the
_____ up and do the game.

I'll take McNair over McNabb anyday of the week. The man is
a true fighter and he still almost pulled it out last week
vs. NE on the road.

I'd take McNair over just about anybody, there are QBs more talented but he's a dedicated warrior whom you know won't fold ever. Favre spending most of 4 seasons with a busted thumb is pretty much the only guy whose proven to have more brass.

Rush Limbaugh didn't say McNabb was overrated because he was a "black quarterback". He was talking about the media and their investment in him.

Colts win this weekend. Defeat the Fleagles in SB: 38-13. Book it! Is this a bad time to ping this prediction?
