A man who allegedly beat a woman to death with a rock in Casas Grandes, Mexico, is believed to have fled to the United States, Chihuahua State Police said.
Alicra Galaz Marquez was found dead Sunday morning after she left Camelot, a Casas Grandes nightclub with a man, officials said.
The man has been identified, but state police were not releasing his name.

So if we catch him do we extradite him back or thumb our noses at them the same way they do it to us?

I don't know --- Fox insists they be given access to all our jobs, welfare handouts, education, health care --- he probably wants this guy given all that too.

So if we catch him do we extradite him back or thumb our noses at them the same way they do it to us?LOL. I suggest we refuse to extradite him unless they PROMISE to EXECUTE him!
But, then, of course, I'm just a blood-thirsty, savage Texan.

The man has been identified, but state police were not releasing his name. It sounds like they don't even want us to catch him because they're not releasing his name.

(Whiny liberal voice) It's not his fault. It's that excitable Latin temperament. He should be given another chance for a new start in the US.
Liberals are such arrogant racists.

Actually, we find a company who is willing to give this guy a job and we let him stay here for three years.
