WASHINGTON, DC: The "Third Warning" to the American people and the media was reposted on a number of jihad forums commonly used for communication to the Islamic fundamentalists interested in advancing terrorist activities. The reposting of this warning in conjunction with the latest release of the audiotape of Osama bin Laden, and specific references to portions of the 8th issue of the "Voice of Jihad" magazine appear to indicate a reinforcement of planned terror operations.
ERRI counter-terrorism analysts continue to examine the possibility that the "Voice of Jihad" messages are part of what appears to be a blizzard of misdirection and propaganda messages...or are they an actual "call to arms" being sent by Al-Qaeda-connected personnel?
