Off topic, sorry, but we're in the early stages of thinking of one as a second dog to our 6 year old springer (field). Never having had one and if anyone has any experience with springers would they require the same/more/less activity that a springer requires?

Don't know that much about Springers but BCs need an incredible amount of exercise.
