[history]
Below is the text of Howard Dean's letter to President Clinton on the conflict in Bosnia, dated July 19, 1995.
After long and careful thought, and after several years of watching the gross atrocities committed by the Bosnian Serbs, I have reluctantly concluded that the efforts of the United Nations and NATO in Bosnia are a complete failure.

funny
The Bosnian human-rights-horror-alleged-genocide pales in comparison to the reality of Saddam and his totalitarian goons. Howie did not see the need to intervene there though.

Wow. I sure hope this doesn't cost him the nomination, though.

I don't mind Dean going down in flames in the Primaries. It'll be equally fun steamrolling the perfumed general (Hackworth's new lover), the boy-attorney from NC, or lurch in the Nov election.

Further evidence of why Dean sealed his records for 10 years.
Can't wait until this one gets into the mainstream/debates.

Howard Dean like so many of his counterparts in that Party are nothing more than lying maniacs. They say what they think someone at a particular time wants to hear.
They have no vision for the future other than their quest for power and fame and to hell with the masses.
The sad thing is about half of America is now brain dead and will fall for their crap.

Yep. They keep every document filed away and cross-referenced, for blackmail purposes.
Remember when they hauled out Kathleen Willey's "I'm your #1 fan" letter, right after the TV expose' where she described Slick Willy groping her?
The Clintons are a crime organization from way back.

The Klinton machine is awake and working hard!!!Bingo. It's becoming clearer by the day that they are behind the "Get Dean" campaign in the mainstream media.

This isn't news. Dean supported Kosovo intervention because of genocide. He's never backed away from that rationale. He doesn't believe that every action needs UN approval.

This hypocrisy is exceeded only by Clark's assertion that we shouldn't have gone into Iraq because Hussein didn't pose a serious threat to us, there's no evidence of him having wmd, and he isn't linked to terrorism. Funny, but tiny Serbia is less of a threat to us that the fourth largest army in the world, the Serb's deadliest weapons were AK-47's, and Serbia hasn't been involved in terrorism since August of 1914.

Can't wait until this one gets into the mainstream/debates. I was shocked, I tell you more like shell shocked to hear this on one of the local stations this AM.
One of the Conservative talk shows was just RIPPING Dean about this letter. One liberal caller made a comment like, "You people just don't like Dean. You hate him and the Clintons."
I just had to laugh.

He must be equally outraged that their has been no evidence of genocide in Bosnia or Kosovo! These blame America firsters only want America grovelling when we free a country. This is the greatest liberation since the Berlin Wall and they want us to be ashamed of it. Here's praying they end up on the ash heap next to their Communist allies.

The Clintons have been behind Clark from the "git-go". However, do not make a mistake and believe that they want him to win. That is the last thing they are working for. They know that there is enough on Clark to sink his presidency, but a Clark loss means they retain control of the party through 2008. If Dean runs, and even if he loses, he will attempt to control the party and likely could take it away from the Clintons, and that could make life difficult for Hillary as she prepares for her own run in 08.
