Details:	Monday, January 12, 2004 – In continued efforts to reduce the infant mortality rate and improve maternal and children’s health, the Iraqi Ministry of Health and the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) will deliver 10 incubators to Al Alwiyah Maternity Hospital. This joint effort is another example that the Ministry of Health is very near its transition to an independent Ministry.
