Yes I have read this before on Serb ultranationalist propaganda websites. It seems these types have revised history to fit their agenda. However I challenge you to open an encyclopedia or find any mainstream historian who does not support the fact that Albanians are descendants of the Illyrians including the kingdom of Dardania (modern day Kosova), and that Skenderbeg was anything but an Albanian.

What you call Albanian land grab is nothing more than the result of half of Albanians being left outside of the borders of Albania after World War 1. Like it or not this injustice will be righted at least in Kosova. As for Macedonia and Montenegro, there is no reason why the Albanians there cannot remain part of these respective states as long as they are not discriminated against.

>>>>>Skenderbeg was anything but an Albanian<<<<

Yes, and Tutankhamon was anything but an Arab.He lived in Egypt :-)
Jesus Christ was anything but Palestinian. He lived in Palestine :-)

Let's get serious.

Skenderbeg's father, mother, brothers, sisters, grandfater, grand-grandfather were Serbs and he mysteriously became Albanian.

Shqip people call themselves Shqip, not Albanians, as you have demonstrated with your tagline.Term "Albania" and "Albanians" is meant only for external use to justify fraudulent claim of ancestry to Illiricum.

In Roman Times Illirya spread all across the Balkans.

Illyrian tribes were:

Alban
Arbër
Ardian
Dalmat
Dardan
Dasaret
Enkelejt
Eordej
Epiriot
Japod
Japyg
Kaon
Labeat
Mesap
Mollos
Paion
Parthin
Penest
Pirust
Taulant
Thesprot

NOT A SINGLE ONE WAS CALLED SHQIP.

Due to the migrations and intermingling, everyone in the Balkans has the Illyrian, Thracean and Celtic genes, not only Shqiptars. Yet, it is only Shqiptars who claim they are the ancestors of Illirycum.

This is seriuos mass delusion. Shqiptaria is a diagnosis.

Belief in mysterious things is not uncommon today

GeraldP, you are newbie around here so you perhaps do not know that it is impossible to sell fake stories to Freepers.

I however encourage you to do so, it awards me an oportunioty to expose Albanian fabrications and delusions for amusement of fellow Freepers.
