The DMZ in Korea is 150 miles and I don't think it would cost any where near 100 billion a year to patrol and secure the Mexican border. The Soviets managed to keep their people from escaping that country over the longest border in the world for a hell of lot less than 100 billion a year.

Well I tell ya what. I guarantee you I can secure the Mexican border for Ten Billion dollars a year and I know a few former Marines who would be ecstatic to do the job for ya.
