Basically, the 16 fledgling entrepreneurs are competing for a job with Trump, heading up one of his companies.

I think someone missed the definition of entrepreneur.

Most likely the author of the article.
Nobody speaks English anymore. Words mean what you want them to mean at the moment.

But speaking of entrepreneurs, I think they could do a reality show about real entrepreneours: Give each contestant $20,000 to start a business and follow them on how they do, and whoever build up the most successful business in a year, wins -- in more ways than one.

Actually (and I know you posted evidently before the first episode aired so wouldn't know) they all are fledgling entrepreneurs. All young, all business types who have already achieved a certain measure of success starting their own businesses.
