Ahhhnold does read a bit naive. There's no "stick" in Bush's proposal to go along with the "carrot." I.e. the risks of staying fully "undocumented" will not be any worse than they were before. And there is definitely a tax advantage to going that route.

The only good news is, he's better than Bustamonte,I think you just hit the main plank for the GOP platform in '04.
"Vote Arbusto, he's better than Dean" (or whoever winds up representing the 'RATs).
