You obviously have no idea what percentage of our labor force is now or has at one time been illegal immigrants. It would shut entire industries down overnight. Economically, it is a stupid idea.

Otherwise, none of the laws have any real meaning. They can be twisted but whoever is in power. A chipping away here and there and the next generation won't have to worry about the Constitution because they won't have a nation anyway---chipped away bit by bit.
