Thats what I think.. Reagan, the god of conservatism also signed an amnesty plan. Something has to be done about illegal immigration and kudos to Bush for talking about it. The 2 most important facts here are that, Bush is just "PROPOSING" and Congress "HAS TO WRITE THE LEGISLATION". In couple of weeks from now, this will be non-news as it sinks with the repb opposition.

Would this be the same brilliance that led to his signing of campaign finance reform? Oh don't worry, SCOTUS will never sign on. Sure, like that happened. This is pure unprincipled pandering.
