This is provable. If the Rabbi asks, will he be allowed to have an expert go through their server? I doubt it. He will know they are lying.

To further expand on this:

The way that table was set up, if they were pressed for time, the easiest way to fix it would be to cut the offending cell out. They could then just add a cell at the bottom of the table. It's an easy fix and totally legitimate. Nothing at all wrong with that and it's not even shoddy authoring. It's just a shortcut. But it leaves signs. One little one being the gap between the lines of the code when you don't see that anywhere else in the table.

Why would an author begin a table like this with the number one and then go to number three, then four, five etc? If you were making this table fresh not knowing really what was going to wind up in it, you'd number 'em chronologically One, Two, Three. It makes no sense to skip a number.

But the thing is, the images also have an English name attached- one word that lets the authors organize the files. For example- the first film is called "Child's Pay". The word the authors use on the file is "pay"- as in: pay_sm.jpg This is a good way to organize the images. It's simple, it's less confusing than a mere number.

This implies that whatever they had in cell number two (which is no longer there) had a link to a still image that had a one word identifier which would've corresponded with the name of the film. This means that they would've had to look at the stills to name them and there is practically no way that they would have failed to see Hitler in there.

Since this is the finalist page we're talking about here and they had set the table up to load fifteen images (for the fifteen finalists), it means they knew the Hitler video was number two on the finalist page when they inserted the code on the page. Therefore they lied to the rabbi when they said they didn't know.
