DPS investigated the theft as a class B misdemeanor, punishable by up to a $2,000 fine and 180 days in jail. If the pilfered goods were transported from Texas to Washington, D.C., the crime would be a federal offense. Looks like Frost escapes the law but ousting him would be a penalty he richly deserves.

I hadn't heard about that little caper in so long, I had forgotten it. So they never prosecuted the aide or Frost ? Not surprising. The little worm is toast, hopefully, but he really SHOULD face the consequences. Both him and the aide, imho ...

PS: Looks like the little theft and the media's help to try to smear the GOP with that had little bottom line effect, eh ?? haha ! Rot in Hades, you scumbag Frost !!

Precisely why I posted it. Scumbags like this creep will continue to commit crimes.
They depend on faulty memories to escape prosecution. Remember, FRepers never forget.
