And for some reason, this airhead girl's brief misadventures in matrimony are more important to Fox News than the Mars landing. Geez Louise!

I find these milisecond-"marriages" shameful. What drives people to do that sort of thing!?

I bet she is "PREGGERS" and this was all just a cover. She can say it all went down while she was "MARRIED"!

The need for press. Any kind of press, but notoriety has the longest staying power.

Good idea, though. Might have to kick that one around. ; )

Hmmm...I wonder if the ex-hubby will sue for alimony? ; )

Nah, she wanted an excuse so she could have sex. Marriage was it. I hope it was worth it, Britney!!! Stupid girl. The poor pathetic creature has no reputation or gimmick left. She'll go the way of the worm- Dennis Rodman that is.

Nah, she wanted an excuse so she could have sex. Marriage was it. Hm. I seem to remember some scuttlebutt about her having a boinkfest with Justin Timberlake. The only reason it stuck in my head was simply because I could have sworn he was gay.

Nah. She has a better PR agent than NASA's. So why don't we make it a "best of both worlds" thing and drop HER on Mars? Problem solved, right? ; )

When the Dennis Rodman/Carmen Electra 24 hour Las Vegas "marriage" was in the press, with Rodman seeking an annulment on the grounds of intoxication, I attempted a witticism to the effect that although I have regrettably gone to bed drunk I have never woke with Carmen Electra next to me. My wife said "Yeah, but you've never woke up in bed with Dennis Rodman either so you are even."
When the horrified vision that lept to mind upon these words lifted I was forced (yet again) to admit that my wife was right.

Britney has always intrigued me, mainly because it seemed she had "it" whatever that is.
My guess is that she really does want to get married but someone, maybe her agent, nixed it.
She is about washed up, mainly because I have noticed in the last few times I have seen her that she is losing her looks. When that happens she is gone.
