Nah. Look at our history. We fixed the Scots didn't we? They aren't stealin' cattle and sheep anymore. Had a slightly rougher time with the Irish, but they're just fine, too - everybody wants to be Irish on St. Patrick's day!
We even managed to fix the Germans and the Japs, right in their own countries!
Just take the Arab out o' Arabia and we can fix him. Look at how many folks who traditionally hate each other can come here, work together and get ahead. Its 'cause they aren't ArabTurkPersianPakiHinduArmenianJewRussians any more, but Americans.
Fixin' em on their own turf is a bit harder, but I believe (hope?) President Bush has taken a good first step.

At least until this "diversity" and "multi-cultural" garbage took over. Need to do something 'bout that. The only use for ethnicity in the USA should be for restaurants, holidays, and parties!
