Here are some recent headlines as I see them from the Democratic demolition derby: (1) Sharpton "feels good," could feel better; (2) Kerry cusses; (3) Dean gets "help" from Gore; (4) Democrats ask: "Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the angriest one of all?"

Dean is sure to clobber Bush in DC, so he will get 6 EV's, not 3.

Thereby enabling the media to avoid using any words having to do with landslide, blowout or mandate. Suddenly we will have endless stories on the deeply divided country with hordes more of the homeless lined up in front of soup kitchens.

Miller's right on the money. Of course, the hardcore lefties don't see it that way and probably see him as some kind of Democratic sellout for telling it like it is.

I first read this piece by Zell on FR last night, and I don't remember what the topic of the article read. But, when I picked up the Wall Street Journal from my lawn this morning and opened to the opinion page, I LOL when I read in the actual headline "Zell Miller to McAwful"

I wondered if Zell had been freeping!!

I agree. It's a great book. It's a shame he's retiring, he should be changing affiliations instead.
