Indeed, there are many Hispanics who are as adamantly opposed to illegal immigration, but you won't see them spouting off about how abject and despicable and criminal and uppity their people or language or culture or holidays are. That is another reason that threads related to immigration must remain on topic and not drift into Anglo-jingoistic whining and hand-wringing.
