That developer has no idea who he's up against. That's the wonderful thing - he's not a developer, he's a wannabe!!!!
But you're right - he doesn't know who or what he's up against.
We think he actually believes he won't have problems with us, fellow Delawareans and all.....His first hint against that should have been when he asked me why we moved here and I told him overdevelopment and absentee landlords!!!

Saturday night I went to Wal-Mart to pick up a boom box for Gabe's birthday - it was 69 degrees when I left the store after midnight! This morning I went to the grocery store before taking the kids to school -- the wind chill had it into the 20s out there. brrrrrrrrr
Climate Shock!
And I discovered the heater in the van doesn't work!

I'm ging to be going through the same climate shock with in a day or 2. It's 63 right now, but forecast calling for highs only in the 30s by wednesday or thursday.
