US security services told Scotland Yard the woman - almost certainly linked to al-Qaeda - intended to hide eight to 12 ounces of plastic explosive in her vagina. I wanna see Hollywood make a movie outta DAT ONE ping!

We were told that it snowed on Oak Harbor the night we left. And it's snowing now...
Isn't it pretty...I'm hoping it's all done though by the time I need to travel to work on monday am:)

I have an simple idea that one-ups it, but cannot discuss it.
already notified the FAA and HS about it, but there's really nothing they can do about it.
I just hope no wannabe-human-bomb ever thinks it up.

I carry an M203 grenade launcher, which has a 40mm round roughly half the size of a coffee mug. An HE round going off inside the cockpit of an aircraft would kill everyone inside and render that aircraft inoperable. The grenade relies on shrapnel to kill (except, of course, for direct hits). However, in an airplane, especially more than 10,000 feet up, the pressure inside is substantially more than the pressure outside. The shockwave from high explosives would be the thing that rips a BIG hole in the airplane. Otherwide, you could be standing pretty near to that amount of HE when it goes off and lose only your hearing.

It was nice visiting my daughter and son-in-law, but I'm glad I'm back here in So Cal. They were predicting very cold weather (for this area), but it's only just below freezing. But we get a nice view for it, the kind of view I missed seeing in SoCal...

Can 8 to 12 oz bring down a plane?Twelve ounces of C4 is what brought down Pan Am 103.

If I want snow, I drive about 40 minutes to Lake Arrowhead. It's nice to just be able to look at it in the nearby mountains.

The source said intelligence information indicated only that an attack was planned for "sometime over the holiday period". That is just nasty
To: Dont Mention the War
These people are experts in bomb making and tactics. They know how to make maximum use of a minimum amount of explosives.

12 oz weight, not fluid volume.
composites are pretty dense, compared to water (1:1 ozwt-ozvol ratio)
