Regarding the judges who declared the Pledge of Allegiance unconstitutional:

"So, Your Honor, the Pledge is unconstitutional because it says 'Under God'. Guess that means when you were sworn in with your hand on a Bible, and at the end of your oath repeated, 'So Help Me God' that makes your job unconstitutional, therefore you have no job, which means your ruling doesn't mean sh*t."

Stay Safe Kat......

What greater authority do we need!!!

The courts have ruled American Citizens are wrong in acknowledging the source of their sacred freedoms.

The courts have ruled we've wrongly believed American freedoms of religion, speech and public assembly were bestowed on each of us by our Creator.

The courts have ruled God's Law is subordinate to government law. Thus, our pledge wrongly asserts we are "....one nation, under God....".

Taking a page from President Andrew Jackson....the courts have ruled......"....now let them enforce it."

Traitors in black robes are but one segment of the enemy within gaveling down our freedoms and national sovereignty through the dictatorial tyranny of court decree.

Interesting thing I am finding out in preparing my federal suit against the State of Texas for civil rights violations is that a many of judges do NOT take their oaths. Meaning that they simply don't believe they are bound by the restrictions of the Constitution.

Want to see something regarding the judiciary that will make you want to scream? Check out this link to see how it is determined who will get cases heard before the Texas Supreme court. http://www.justiceatstake.org/partnerViewer.asp?breadCrumb=9,226

This is the reason I had to take my case to the Federal Court. The cases that are allowed to be heard before the Texas Supreme Court are based on contributions to the judges campaign accounts. If you or your attorney contribute to the justice's campaigns, you have a much greater chance of having your case heard before the Texas Supreme Court.
