Your repetition of an erroneous statement does not change the fact that the statement is still erroneous.

The guy who pushes the nuke launch button is not a WMD. The nuke is. Human beings are not WMDs by definition.

Definition: A large body of people organized and trained for land warfare.Thank you Merriam Webster. It's not my problem if your understanding of mathematics only runs to arithmetic if I'm talking algebra.
Doctrinaire observations notwithstanding, your "guy who pushes the nuke launch button" is the functional equivalent of a general. Whether he razes a city by pushing a button, or giving an order is largely irrelevant. It's not like the general gives the order to attack to each and every soldier under his command.

The guy who pushes the nuke launch button is not a WMD. Nobody "pushes a launch button", both Navy SLBMS and AF ICBMs are launched by turning keys. It takes two people, minimum, who are separated far enough that one person could not turn both keys.
