Can't find the place to vote. Is the voting closed?

I don't know. I haven't been to that page in a day or so.
Could be.
When I first tried to access the voting section, only the heading of the page loaded. I clicked on part of the heading and never could find the vote section.
Went back and loaded again and it loaded with the vote section a paragraph or so down from the top in the center.
About all I know on that score.
Thanks for asking.
