The auto was stolen earlier in the night. Some of the victims perps have not been identified.I agree for the most part, but a few of those kids might have not understood or had a choice after the S-it hit the fan.
The reason I say this is because I was in the car several times as a teen with people who I didn't think were a problem who drove in such a way that I'm lucky to be alive.

It's rather irrelevant. They were in the car, they knew it was a joyride, they weren't wearing seat belts. That's why they are dead. If anyone is to blame, it's the media for portraying running from the police as "cool". I doubt the driver came up with this idea on his own.
It's not the police's fault when someone runs from them. That's akin to blaming a new TV in the house for a break-in.
