Actually, someone did sue Lucasfilms, implying the 'clones' looked and acted like stereotypical Mexicans. Supposedly, he was offended. I don't know the result.

IT IS a documentary. The stuff DID happen a long time ago, in a distant galaxy and the story was passed down by Jedi masters to their padwan until Marooni gave it to George Lucas to spread the word. Zats de truth... ;-p
