Notice what his lip's doing in the footage from the original interview. Back then, it moved, but it curled up and out. Now it doesn't move at all.

I'm not buying this 'victim' BS. I seem to recall his arms moving quite freely when he left the police station, waving to the crowd. Apparently he as well as his weirdo brother, seem to forget Geragos thanking the police afterwards for their treatment of MJ.
