How do you "destroy" something the size of the Grand Canyon by allowing a few boats and campers to float the river? And since it is a massive example of erosion and basically a hole in the ground, isn't it constantly renewed or worn down to new layers by the erosion process. No this is just an example of wanting to lock up a resource and drive up the price of admission to something that belongs to the American citizens - or used to. Total BS.
