If John Effin' Kerry drops out

My guess is that it would split. The 'big hair' vote would probably go to Edwards, and the people who wanted a guy with rigor mortis will prolly go to Lieberman or Gephardt.

I think that if John "Did you know I was in Vietnam?" Kerry drops out, the majority of his votes would go to Weasley Clark.

Ah, my friend, you forgot about the "snobby preppy" vote that has nowhere to go if Kerry drops out. If they have a sense of humor, they'll go for Al Sharpton. If they are humorless, as many of them are, they might just vote for Bush (because he is, after all, a Bonesman and a Yalie. They just won't tell their friends about it.) LOL.
