Did you know converts weren't equal to Arab Muslims? I once heard some Islamic extremist on TV refer to certain Muslims as "low Muslims". I believe in his estimation these Muslims weren't committed enough to jihad and martyrdom. So I sort of knew there was a pecking order in how they thought about one another but I don't know any more particulars than that.
