I'm reading his new Iraq book as I type. He is one man I really look up to. I had the pleasure of meeting him last year in San Diego, and luckily my current school will have him for their distinguished lecture series next month. I'm pretty excited about it.

I'm pretty excited about it. He would have been Senator North if not for his fellow Republican senator the great John Warner, then of course there was that scathing denouncement from Nancy Reagan.

I'm in the middle of his book also. My hubby got it for me for my b-day. Its a good book isn't it?
I wish I had been more aware of my political leanings some 20 years ago.
