Well, it's your fault.
Make yourself a hot cup of tea. In the tea you must put some lemon and honey. Preferably the honey bear honey because that's so cute. Those three things will make your throat feel better and make it easier to breathe. The most important ingredient is a shot (or two -- depending on your tolerance) of bourbon or something sweet to make the darned cup of tea worth drinking. Then you can get some sorely needed sleep.
