Yes tis true some are.

It is a criminal investigation and 2 judges have heard the arguments. Both Judges sided with the DA on this one. So to further investigate the ILLEGALITY of one Rush Limbaugh records have been asked to be obtained to match up the DA's allegation that Rush was out getting narcotics illegally. Well we all know he was taking them illegally and abusing them. So tell me just how did he get this dope if he wasn't obtaining it illegally?
