blaming "Dr. Quack" is nonsense and illogical

I think when you know the facts, it might seem to you quite a bit more logical than the doctor shopping charge.

As I understand it two of the doctors he "shopped" for are ones in California associated with his cochlear implant and the other two in Florida are associated with each other.

Which in MHO is nonsense and illogical. Rush is no innocent victim. If he didn't break the law, great; if he did then he should take responsibility for his actions. But I am not buying into the blossoming Rush victim-hood legend.
