This is the final leg of the 285 outer loop around Richmond and will connect the westernmost areas of Chesterfield to the westernmost areas of Henrico/Louisa. It doesn't really make these areas that much more accessible to Richmond, though.

Very solid, with a steady growth in real estate values and new construction.

What's wrong w/Powhatan? It always seemed nice when I went over there.
In case I wasn't too clear, I am not moving, I was asked this by a friend and asking you all seemed like a good way to get some feedback.
They're looking for a farm or something akin to an estate around Richmond, but not in the city or crowded suburbs.
