What's wrong w/Powhatan? It always seemed nice when I went over there.
In case I wasn't too clear, I am not moving, I was asked this by a friend and asking you all seemed like a good way to get some feedback.
They're looking for a farm or something akin to an estate around Richmond, but not in the city or crowded suburbs.

Powhatan is nice...I've never indicated otherwise. A little too far out in the boonies fer me, but still nice...MUD
